BIQ Forum - Biodiversity & Ecosystem Service Footprint Project

The BIQ Forum was created as a collaboration between Green Growth International, ADAS and WWF-UK that seeks sponsorship and the running of a 2 - 3 year program to create a free, Open IP, internationally standardised method for businesses to undertake appropriate Biodiversity Impact Quantification (biodiversity footprinting).

Green Growth International is a boutique consultancy that supplies strategic insight, reference data and tools in the areas of sustainability management, LCA (Life Cycle Analysis), environmental foot printing, CMFA (Corporate Material Flow Accounting) and the development of sustainability reference standards. About WWF-UK
Launched on 23 November 1961, WWF-UK was the first National Organisation in the WWF network. Today we have offices in England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales. We are a registered charity - most of our income comes from voluntary sources, such as our dedicated members, supporters and the business community. In 2009/10 we spent over £50m on our work. Our 300+ staff work with governments, businesses and communities both here in the UK and around the world.

We use our experience, credibility and influence to help create long-term solutions to global threats to people and nature - such as climate change, the peril to endangered species and habitats, and the unsustainable consumption of the world’s natural resources.
